The CUM-H series internal grading mill (horizontal grading) is a micro powder production equipment with ultrafine grading function, belonging to the same type of machine as the German ZPS micro powder machine. This machine is mainly suitable for crushing materials with a Mohs hardness below 3.5, and can obtain ultrafine powders of 5-150um. High flow cooling gas can be used for the crushing of thermosensitive materials.
Performance characteristics:
The machine integrates a mechanical impact ultrafine crusher and an efficient turbine ultrafine classifier. The crushed material is subjected to airflow and is forcibly classified by the turbine classifier inside the machine. The classification device replaces the screen of the usual crusher and can simultaneously complete the two processes of micro crushing and micro powder sorting, with high crushing efficiency.
By adjusting the speed of the grading impeller, the particle size of the product can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
The powerful crushing airflow generated by the system has a strong cooling function during crushing, resulting in a low temperature rise. It is particularly suitable for processing heat sensitive and fibrous materials, with uniform product particle size.
Component composition:The machine is mainly composed of a cavity, a machine base, a grading device, a crushing device, a high-speed motor, a bearing seat, and other parts.
The grinding rotor components are the main parts, including the grinding spindle, bearing unit, bearing seat, bearing cover, grinding disc, grinding hammer block, and other components. The grading section mainly includes grading spindle, bearing unit, bearing seat, bearing cover, grading impeller and other components.
The feeding unit is mainly composed of components such as a reduction motor, a screw shaft, and a feeding hopper. The amount of feeding is mainly achieved by adjusting the speed of the reduction motor.
working principle:
The internal cavity of the body is cylindrical, with the upper part being an ultrafine classifier and the lower part being an ultrafine crusher. The crushing chamber is composed of crushing discs and grinding blocks, used to crush materials into fine powder. The grading chamber is composed of grading impellers, which can divide fine powder into two specifications: standard particle size and non standard particle size. Standard particles are discharged through the discharge pipe and collected by the cyclone collector. Unqualified products fall back along the inner wall of the chamber and continue to be crushed until they meet the standard.
The crushing disc and grading impeller are driven by their respective driving devices, and the speed of the grading impeller can be adjusted to regulate the particle size of the product. The spiral feeding device is located on the inner wall of the machine body and is used to evenly feed the material into the crushing chamber. The feeding amount can be adjusted by adjusting the speed.

The complete system mainly consists of a host, a cyclone collector, a pulse dust collector, a high-pressure induced draft fan, a discharge valve, and an electrical control cabinet. The raw materials are sent to the crushing chamber by a spiral feeder. The crushed materials are subjected to negative pressure airflow and are forcibly classified by a turbine classifier inside the machine. At the same time, the two processes of micro crushing and micro powder sorting are completed. The finished products are collected by the aggregate system, and the tail air is filtered and discharged by a pulse dust collector.
